CITS worked with our team to compile a bespoke technical training course covering; Active Directory support and design focused training. This was delivered over 1 day in our own premises.

We engaged in further consultancy to enable the client support staff to have required level of technical knowledge in supporting the network and users across the Borough of Douglas.

Andy Gray was commissioned on the following projects:
  • Netware Migration and consolidation.
  • Build and commission a new E-commerce platform server.
  • Build and support E-commerce server hosting corporate Web site and provide web stats on a weekly basis.
  • Provide Desktop and Server support.
  • Evaluate and recommend disaster recovery hosting.
  • Evaluate current disaster recovery plan and amend as required.

I found Andy Gray to be professional and committed to delivering a quality service.

bpplogoAndy discussed our specific requirements and determined the different means of achieving our objectives. He then put together different alternatives and explained the different pros and cons of each. From this we were able to decide which the best solution for our business was. Andy then installed the new system and set up the network. Additional training was given to all members of staff on use of the new system and Andy made himself available for any future queries.

Andy's rapport with all members of staff was and continues to be excellent. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to other organisations.
